specifically for her clients to enhance their
brows with eye shadow. The 4 colors will complement
most skin tones and are designed to work alone
or together for a layered look. Long lasting,
Shadow Quad can be used from day into evening.
Usage:
Apply with Eliza’s Angled Brow Brush
on eyelid to shadow/highlight using the four
shades. Its light powder formula sets well
and will last from day to evening. For a more
dramatic effect, use Skinny Definer with Brush
on upper and lower eyelids to frame the eye.
