Usage:
Select Eliza’s definer/eyeliner to best match skin tone. With light feathery strokes, follow the top of the brow line and outline the natural arch. As an eyeliner, contour the eyelids from the inside eye to the outside. Using finger, lightly smudge for a less defined look or leave as applied.
