yet defined color palette for the brow or
lid. Initially sheer when applied, it can
be layered for a more dramatic effect and
a progressive darkening depending on the results
desired.
Usage:
Apply with Eliza’s Angled Brow Brush
to fill in brow line with subtlety or definition.
Also is ideal for eyelid to shadow/highlight
using the three shades. Light powder formula,
it sets well and will last from day to evening.
