How
do I put a product in my shopping cart?
Click on the button that says, “Add To Cart.” A
new window will appear to show you the status of your cart.
You can close the new window at any time, and it will still
keep your cart updated.
How
do I change quantities of products in my cart?
First click on the “View Your Cart” link to open
the cart window. From here you can view your cart and make changes
to quantities by changing the amount of each selected product,
and clicking on the button “Update Cart”
Why
does my cart appear in a new window?
Your shopping cart page is a secure eCommerce page hosted by
PayPal.com. This is the page where you can checkout your cart
and enter your payment and shipping information safely and securely.

If I order 3 products that are promoted as “Buy 3 –
Get 1 Free”, how do I get my free product?
Your free product ships automatically.
If your free product is available in different colors, make
sure to select the color you want from the second drop-down
menu before clicking on the “Add To Cart” button.
If you order three of the same products in three different colors,
we’ll ship your free product in the color you selected
with your first paid product.
Additionally,
you can type a message to go with your order to specify your
free product’s color selection. If you don’t choose
a color, we’ll automatically ship you the same color as
the first product of the three you ordered.

How
long will my order take to ship?
If your item is in stock it will usually ship within 24 hours.
We’ll email you a shipment tracking number if you upgrade
to premium shipping. Otherwise, your package will ship via U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail.
When
will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you complete your order
on the secure Checkout page, which is supported by PayPal.com.
You will receive a confirmation email when you complete your
order.
What
is your order cancellation and return policy?
You may cancel your for a full refund if your order has not
yet shipped.
If your order has shipped and you want to return the purchase
for a refund, you’ll need to call us to request a Return
Confirmation Number.
How do I return an order that was delivered to me?
You will need to contact us by phone to receive a Return Confirmation
Number. Call us at 1-800-EYEBROW or email us at: info@elizaseyesshop.com.
We will also provide you with a shipping address. We do not
provide paid postage for returns.
Can I save on shipping if I order more than one item?
Yes. We will ship as many of your items them together in one
package as possible. The price you will pay for shipping will
automatically appear on your screen before you complete your

We currently ship worldwide.

are shipping charges applied?
For shipping in the United States, we offer US Postal Service
Flat-rate shipping. Most of our products ship in the U.S. Postal
Service Flat-rate small-sized boxes, which ship at a cost of
$5.00 (USD). For all other locations, additional charges may
apply. When you enter your shipping address during checkout,
the price will appear before you complete your order.

How
do I turn off the music?
The music player control bar is located on the top right-hand
corner of the website. Move your mouse over the square button
and click on it to stop the player. Move your mouse over the
single arrow pointing to the right to start the player again.
On
the home page, how do I stop and start the slide show?
The slideshow control bar is located on the bottom right hand
corner of the page. Move your mouse over the first button which
has two vertical bars (pause symbol) to pause the player. The
vertical bars will change to an arrow pointing to the right
(play symbol). Click on the arrow to resume the slide show.
On
the home page, how do I skip to a slide I want to see?
The slideshow control bar is located on the bottom right hand
corner of the page. Move your mouse over the buttons numbered
1 – 5. Select the desired slide and click on the button.
How
do I go to different pages?
A menu bar will appear on the top left, or across the top of
your screen. Move your mouse over the section names. Available
links will change to the color white, and subsection links will
appear to the side or below as well. Just move your mouse over
the page you want to see and click once.
